Know Informatics is a software development company based in Kempton Park.  We focus on adding value to companies by streamlining their business processes and increasing their efficiency. We have a strong business focus, and are experienced in various business packages.

The tree in our logo represents our desire to grow our business, our product offering and our knowledge base, as well as signifying our structural approach to data, and business processes.

We are skilled in Microsoft SQL server and can assist with any database modifications, performance enhancements, scheduling and jobs. We have written many triggers and custom SQL jobs over the years and are experienced in SQL 2000 to 2008. We also have lots of experience with Pastel and are well versed in the data structures and methodology of Partner and Evolution.

We have extensive experience in data fixing and optimization and have sorted many Pastel Evolution databases.  We have also integrated many systems using SQL and are experts with Linked Servers and SQL functionality over a VPN.

We enjoy our relationships with our Clients as well as the Business consultants that implement the accounting and business solution and try to build a team that can assist the client in the most effective way.

Our Applications are developed using Delphi as a front end with most of the logic residing in a Microsoft SQL database and are as user friendly as possible.  Because of our relative small size we strive to build robust solutions the first time around.
